Verified Agents

Following your profile completion, first sale TopUp larger than R50 or joining a family, the "Become a verified agent!" banner will appear on you wallet home screen:

By clicking on the apply button, users will be shown actions they need to complete to become a verified agent. The popup will also show what actions you have already completed on your way becoming a verified agent:

Why become a verified agent?

• Make more money
• Increase profit margin
• Unique competitions

If enabled by the merchant, a higher sales margin can be applied to verified agents. Following the Sell feature described in the previous article, this means resellers / agents can make a larger profit margin on each sale compared to non-verified agents. This is merchant configurable in the admin portal.
