Support Zone

Support Zone is a video library where merchant can uploads YouTube videos for their customer to watch via the branded wallet. 

By clicking on the menu > Support Zone, user can view available videos

Once the video/s has been watched, the user can complete the quiz. Quizes are optional and questions is merchant configurable.

Once the user complete the quiz, a badge is earned which also counts towards becoming a verified agent. Badge is added by the merchant from the admin portal.

Videos can be uploaded without a quiz linked to it. 

Merchants can configure the playlist name as the upload videos as well as the reference to "Support Zone" in the menu.

Users can also access the support chat from this page by clicking on the chat button.

The two support buttons are merchant configurable from the admin portal. 

Linked to the "Launch WhatsApp" button is the merchant's WhatsApp support number. This will launch the application and allow users to get in touch with the merchant's support team.

Linked to the "WebChat" button is a QContact intergration. The merchant can enter their QContact Support URL. Once the user clicked on the WebChat button, the WebChat will popup:

This will open a new ticket in QContact with the content entered in the text field.

The "VulaConnect" reference in the support description will be linked to the merchant's display name on the VulaCoin admin portal.

The support chat is also accessible in the menu footer via the "Help" button.
