This article details the step by step instructions to Log a support ticket.

a) Logging an email Ticket

Tickets can be logged by simply sending an email to tickets@vulacoin.com

This will trigger an automatic response with your new ticket reference as well as ticket subject / brief description.

This ticket will be visable on the Customer Portal and can be accessed by clicking on the View ticket button. From the Customer Portal, you can view, update and close tickets as well as open new tickets.

The VulaCoin Support team will be notified everytime a new ticket is logged and will help you as soon as possible.

b) Logging a ticket from the Portal

Once logged onto tickets.vulacoin.com/portal, click on the "+" and "Submit a ticket" to open a new ticket via the portal.

You will be redirected to a blank form that you'll to to fill in to open a new ticket.

At a minimum, you are required to fill in:

  1. CC list
  2. Ticket Information
  3. Description
  4. Attach a file (if applicable)

You will be able to fill in the following, but is optional:

  1. Product Name (VulaConnect or VulaPay)
  2. Priority
  3. Classifications

*The above (optional fields) will be completed by VulaCoin Support upon receiving the ticket, and will be determined by the SLA annexure from the MSA.
