Navigating the Customer Portal

This article details the navigation of the VulaCoin Customer Self Service Portal.
a) Access the portal on tickets.vulacoin.com/portal
After logging into your account, the My Area tab will be displayed. In this tab, you will be able to see you tickets and filter them by dropping down the various categories.
From this screenshot, the email ticket logged earlier is displayed and can be viewed, updated and interactive with.
Click on the ticket description to see more information for that specific ticket.
To view tickets logged by a team member, drop down the "My Tickets" and select "Team Tickets". This will display all tickets logged by any other member from your company. Take note that the status category will filter the ticket view. As in the screenhot below, the status category is on "Open", so it will only display tickets logged by your team that is still in the "Open" state.
*All tickets will form part of the VulaCoin department. All Departments include VulaCoin, so you don't have to change this drop down directory.
