Register for the Customer Portal

This article details the step by step instructions to register for the VulaCoin Customer Self Service Portal.

*Note - If using Mac, open all links in Google Chrome as Safari has cookie issues when trying to complete the registration and login process.

a) Self Registration

If you would like to sign up to access the portal, you can browse to tickets.vulacoin.com/portal/en/sigup and fill in the requested fields as shown below:

This will create a Customer Contact on the VulaCoin service desk along with an invite that VulaCoin support needs to accept.

b) Invitation

Following the self registration guide above, you'll receive a link to confirm the contact creation. If you are logging an email ticket for the first time, and have not yet competed the self registration, you will also recieve an invitation to register on the VulaCoin Customer Self Service Portal.

From the email just recieved, click the "ACCEPT THE INVITATION" button to register and setup your account on the VulaCoin Customer Self Service Portal Invitation.

You will be prompted to enter a password linked to your email address user

After you have entered a strong password, click on the Register button. This will open a new window in your browser where you can fill in your profile informtion.

After you have filled in your user account information, click the "save" button.
